It’s a beautiful reminder that when we come together in faith, we can make a significant impact on the lives of all these little ones.

On Saturday, the 20th of December, 2025, the Lord visited the land of Kihanda‑Kanungu in a mighty way. More than four thousand children gathered with joy and expectation, coming from near and far to share on the meal prepared for them by the Lord and to hear the message of salvation through Christ Jesus. What unfolded was far more than a dinner, it became a living witness of God’s love, His provision, and His faithfulness, revealed through the labor and unity of His people. For the children, this gathering carries a joy they know well and they always can’t wait or miss. It has become their cherished service before Christmas, a time when they all know that the Lord will spread His table and call them near to feast with them and talk to them as well.
The sky was filled with joy that seemed to rise on its own. Songs of praise filled the air, and the Glory of God filled the whole place. Faces shone with gladness, It was as though heaven itself came came down, for testimonies were spoken, hearts were stirred, and many found themselves drawn closer to Christ. What appeared to be a feast became a holy service, where the Lord’s presence was felt in every moment.
For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? APPRECIATION: This gathering did not come about on its own; it was the power of God working through many hands across the world. Men and women who heard of this cause joined in prayer and gave financial support, each according to how the Lord placed it upon their heart. By His grace, we were able to meet the full cost of this dinner with no balance remaining. Truly, this became the first Christmas dinner in our history to be fully covered, one hundred percent. For this, I extend my heartfelt thanks especially to the Now The End Begins Family, of which I am also a part, to my dear friends, and to every person who had a hand in making this dinner possible; Volunteers, cooking crew, security team, entertainers, sound team and the heads of departments. The Children’s Christmas Dinner is not just about food, Its all about Having something done and said that would lead a lost soul to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Our Children’s Christmas Dinner is not just a meal, It’s a powerful outreach program where we feed thousands of poor and hungry children who often go through the entire year without experiencing anything joyful or good in their lives. We often gather these precious children and bless them with a rich, delicious meal, and most importantly, we share with them the Gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ. And by God’s grace, we’ve so far held this event three times since 2022, and each time has been a miracle.
I’m thrilled to announce that, on December 20th, 2025, by faith, we will host another beautiful Children’s Christmas Dinner for about 5,000 children. Children will sing and dance to Christian songs, share their stories, play games they’ve never seen before, jump in bouncing castles, and laugh like never before. Four years ago, we stepped out by faith with this Christmas program of gathering thousands of Ugandan Children from the poorest families every Christmas to feed them on a delicious meal, and tell them about the love of Jesus Christ, and so far we’ve done this for three times now since 2022. As the Christmas season draws near, we at Good Child Missions are excited to announce today September 12th 2025 that we’ve officially launched our 4th Children’s Christmas DinnerCampaign which shall take place on the 20thDecember, 2025. Every Christmas, God gives us the privilege of serving a special meal to children who often go through the entire year without seeing anything good. This dinner brings more than just food, its a day for children to forget their worries, enjoy a delicious meal, sing, dance gospel music and hear the good news of salvation through Jesus. Back in 2020, I was studying for a diploma in theology at a charismatic Bible college in Uganda. One day, during a session, our lecturer read from 1 Corinthians 15:52 and mentioned the phrase “the last trump.” That phrase caught my attention. Since we were in the early days of COVID-19 and President Donald Trump was serving as the current president of the United States, I wondered if he had anything to do with the end times. Curious, I googled to see if I could find any information regarding my question, and that’s when I landed on an article titled “Are We Witnessing The Final Days Of America…?” on a site called Now The End Begins. I clicked and listened to the full two-hour Bible study by Pastor Geoffrey, and I was speechless. Everything he said made me want more, so I stayed on the site reading every article and listening to every podcast.
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12 KJB
Becoming an NTEBer
After three months of following NTEB, I kept hearing phrases like “chatroom,” “email us,” and “Janette will post the verse in the chatroom.” One day, I felt prompted to search Facebook for “Now The End Begins” and look for Janette. Luckily, I found the NTEB page, located Janette, sent her a friend request, and two weeks later she accepted! I introduced myself to her and shared how the Lord had led me to NTEB. She happily welcomed me, guided me into the chatroom, introduced me to thousands of other Christians, and made me feel at home. About seven months later, Janette introduced me to Pastor Geoffrey, and he sent me a friend request on Facebook. Soon, I shared with him how God had led me to NTEB. That connection changed everything: I moved from being lukewarm to being truly on fire for Jesus Christ. Originally I used to read an NIV bible but since I became an NTEBer, a changed to hardcore KJV addict.
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. Isaiah 55:11 KJB
Before I discovered NTEB around 2019, I had started Good Child Missions as a local charity to help children obtain sponsorships, but I felt called to do more. When I joined NTEB, I shared with Pastor Geoffrey my idea of feeding Sunday school children every Sunday they came to church, believing it would boost attendance and improve focus during services. Pastor Geoffrey loved the idea and was willing to support me. In 2022, we launched the first “Cup of Porridge” program, feeding 1,100 children from seven local churches. Since then, God has blessed Good Child Missions, and today we’ve grown to five active programs, each aimed at guiding lost souls to Jesus Christ:
Street Preaching Program: We share gospel tracts and preach on the streets.
Christmas Dinners: We feed thousands at Christmas.
Each program grew out of the passion and urgency I learned from Pastor Geoffrey. What began with one church and a handful of kids has grown into a ministry that:
Feeds over 6,000 children each year
Distributes more than 1,000 Bibles and tracts annually
Sponsors dozens of children through primary and secondary schools
Holds weekly street outreaches in several villages
God has used those first small steps to bring real, lasting change.
A Note to My Supporters and Friends
I just wish to explain to all my supporters and friends that if you’ve watched closely, most of my ministry work and writing style resemble that of Now The End Begins. This is by no means a mistake. As Timothy walked in the steps of his father Paul, I find it an honor to walk in the steps of my spiritual father Geoffrey. If you want a unique and authentic ministry in Uganda, you will find it only at Good Child Missions thanks to the faithful path I followed.

We’ve taken another bold step forward in our mission to feed every child who comes through all doors of the local Churches we support each Sunday.
This isn’t just about food, it’s about hope, joy, and sharing God’s love in the most possible. We’ve already purchased 2,000 pounds of corn to get the program going for the first months this year, and we’re trusting God to provide as we aim to serve over 6,000 pounds throughout the year. Even more exciting, we’ve grown from partnering with 11 local churches to 17 reaching over 2,000 children every Sunday. This ministry has done more than filling hungry bellies, it’s opening hearts. Children are not only coming to church in greater numbers, they’re listening more closely to the gospel, and their parents are beginning to respond too. We see lives changing. We see faith growing. And we thank God every day for giving us the strength and vision to continue this mission. This isn’t something we start and then set aside. As long as God gives me breath in my lungs and strength in my body, I will not stop caring for these beautiful little ones, tomorrow’s Christian leaders. Each child is a gift, and every meal we serve is a seed of love planted in their hearts.

Since 2019, GCM has stood as an end-times witness to the world. In 2022, God opened a door we never imagined and today, that door remains wide open as we continue to be about our Father’s business. What began with the simple obedience of sending out two Bibles a month has grown into a global movement, delivering King James and Runyankole Bibles to many people across 7+ nations in Africa. Souls are being saved and believers are getting on fire for the Lord. Not only that, our weekly porridge and street preaching programs continue to touch hearts with the Gospel of truth. Not long ago, a man named Deus called me and shared how he had been praying to find a Bible in the Runyankole local language but hadn’t been able to get one. I assured him that God had truly led him to the right place. He was overjoyed and mentioned that he had five other friends at his church who also needed Bibles. I gladly told him that we could help them too. So, we’re sending Deus six brand-new local language Bibles, completely for free, no conditions attached.

Way back in 2023, when we launched this beautiful program, we began with 1,100 children from seven local churches. This not only sounded good to the people of the land but also the good news about this beautiful program spread all over the place which caused the numbers of children to multiply to 1,700 by 2024. This prompted us to double the efforts in year two and we served 1700+ Children from 11 Local Churches. Now, as we step into Year Three, the numbers have increase even more and by faith in Jesus for his continued provision and your faithful prayers and generosity, we look ahead to double our efforts . Our aim this year is to welcome nearly two thousand hungry hearts every Sunday morning, offering not just porridge but the Gospel of Jesus Christ. These growing numbers are a result a testimony of what has been done so far: Every Child/Parent tells a friend, and the good news have nearly covered the entire province. More little ones are coming to Church to taste and to hear. Each year, new Church leaders write to me asking if we could support them too, and every request lands on my desk with a prayer: “Lord, let us feed them all.” Yet feeding these many cups of porridge would cost us some big money around $10000 a year, and perhaps more as we expand. Lord willing, we believe He will provide. Will ask you to Join This Great Mission.

And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them. Acts 16:9-10 KJV

Hunger is one of the main reasons children skip Church not because they don’t want to be there, but because poverty leaves their bellies empty. It’s hard for children to sit through hours of service when they haven’t eaten. Adults might manage, but for a child, it’s a real struggle. Thanks to the Cup of Porridge Program! Each week, more little hearts are comforted, more eyes lifted, and more ears opened to the Gospel because of this one simple act of love a warm cup of porridge.
But this is not just about porridge and drinking, It’s about building a Christ-centered community where children believe in the goodness and free gift of salvation. They learn generosity, unity, and the love of Jesus. When they gather around one pot, they grow in faith together. They discover that Church is their family, and that God provides for every child, rich or poor.

We need your support to settle our remaining local-language Bible debt and replace our recently crashed ministry laptop.
I initially wanted to handle this struggle alone, but I’ve come to realize that the Lord wants me to share this burden (A Personal Battle & A Ministry Challenge). Three months ago, I developed a sickness called Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) after slipping and hitting my head on the tiled floor in my house. This affected my inner ear balance, leading to severe dizziness, vomiting, and extreme difficulty functioning. By God’s grace, I am now recovering, and I deeply appreciate those who prayed for me during that rough time. However, during that period, my ministry debts related to our free Bible program, child sponsorship Program, and daily ministry needs remained unresolved. Worse still, our ministry laptop broke down, disrupting our ability to manage website updates, emails, sponsorship coordination, and many essential operations.
I’ve been struggling to manage everything using just my phone, but now I am turning to you, dear friends and brethren in Christ Jesus, for support. We urgently need $2,750 to Clear debts and purchase a new laptop to restore our online presence and communication.
